This week in No One Leaves the Field demo, the farmhouse gained new secrets and the child’s story grew darker.
🛠️ What’s New in the No One Leaves the Field Demo
- The Child’s Room
Players can now explore the room, discovering drawings and even a direct letter from the child. Each drawing and object can be examined, building the lore of the cursed field. - Farmhouse Expansion
More rooms are being filled with items to explore, revealing hidden details of the story. - Player Reactions
The protagonist can now mutter when confronted with disturbing discoveries, pulling you deeper into their unease. - New Triggers
The game now recognizes when you’re looking at certain objects, adding more subtle interaction cues.

🏚️ Preparing for Scream Fest
- The rest of the farmhouse still needs attention, with more areas to unlock and mysteries to reveal.
- We won’t be ready for Next Fest October, but the demo will be ready in time for Scream Fest.
- Playtesting will be announced soon — keep an eye out!
🚀 Other Studio Updates: Lost Colony & Indie Sagas
Outside the wheatfield, progress continues on Lost Colony. We’re improving procedural generation to ensure smoother and more engaging level layouts.
And finally — we launched the brand new Indie Sagas website, bringing our dev logs, features, and indie game coverage into one home.
