Bullet Fest is almost here, and the team has been busy preparing both Lost Colony and Shape Swarm for the event.

For Lost Colony, a new demo is currently being finalized, and we’re creating updated promotional assets to support the game’s appearance during Bullet Fest. At the same time, new marketing materials are also being prepared for Shape Swarm as we look to increase visibility for both titles throughout the event.
Development on Lost Colony continues as well. One of our biggest technical improvements has been upgrading the procedural generation system. We’ve successfully converted our original 3D dungeon generator into a 2D solution and are now using marching squares to create more natural and complex dungeon layouts. Early test builds are generating levels cleanly, and the results are already showing significant improvements over previous versions.
The next steps are to implement the environment decorator system and update the tilemap workflow so the generated levels can be populated with visual details and gameplay elements. Once those pieces are in place, the new generation system will provide a stronger foundation for future content.

Over the next few weeks, our primary focus will be getting Lost Colony back into the spotlight. Between the new demo, improved procedural generation, and Bullet Fest exposure, we’re excited to put the game in front of more players and continue building momentum toward its future release.
