It’s Super Bowl Sunday. The TV is on, snacks are nearby, and like a lot of folks, we’re watching the big game this weekend.
I’m writing this before the final score, so by the time you’re reading this… the outcome is already decided.
That feels oddly appropriate for a devlog.

Shape Swarm & Steam Next Fest
Most of our focus right now is on preparing Shape Swarm’s demo for Steam Next Fest. This phase isn’t about adding big new features—it’s about reviewing what’s already there, tightening balance, and polishing the experience so it puts its best foot forward.
Shape Swarm has always been about more than just the final numbers. It’s a project built to take us through the full release pipeline: demo prep, festival participation, player feedback, and ultimately launch. Even if it doesn’t become a massive financial success, it’s already succeeding where it matters most for us as a studio.
Every pass, tweak, and playtest is helping us refine our process and build confidence for future releases.

Indie Sagas — Mini Showcase
Alongside our own development work, Indie Sagas is preparing for its first-ever Mini Showcase.
We’re curating a small group of games from our community to highlight, and the response so far has been genuinely exciting. We’ve already seen a number of excellent submissions, and it’s been a great reminder of how much creativity is out there in the indie space.
Submissions will remain open until February 10th.
If you have a game you’d like to submit, comment with the title or send us an email.
Our goal with this inaugural showcase is simple: give indie developers a little extra spotlight and create something that benefits the whole community. We’re hoping this is just the beginning.
